WINNERS!  The Southeastern MI Chapter NECA Wayne State University Student Chapter were announced as the 2021 winners of the ECIC Challenge at the NECA Convention in Nashville, TN.    The Student Chapter competed against groups from around the U.S. and presented a comprehensive proposal for an energy efficient dormitory design at WSU.  The group presented in front a Industry Leaders during convention and won the competition overall, best social media and best individual presenter!  Congratulations!

The purpose of the green energy challenge is purpose to give real life experiences on how to prepare a building with green energy. The students are looking at different aspects of energy energy efficiency. Learn more about how these students are gaining education with this energy challenge.

 

Is a national contest for all student chapters in the country to bring real life experiences while also showcasing students. The students are learning for green efficiency with real world experiences.
